It is the best collection of the items I like. If you are one of the men who do not meet this minimum requirement, or if you are looking for alternative nutritious snack ideas.

COTTAGE CHEESE, MY FRIEND.

I eat that stuff every day on my breaks at work. It's practically a wonder-food when it comes to physical fitness. Tons of protein, very little fat.

There are all kinds of things you can mix it with, too. Practically any fruit will taste great mixed in with it. Some of the best ones I've tried are:
- diced pineapple
- non-pine apples
- blueberries
- raspberries
- strawberries
- canned peaches
- mixture of diced bell peppers, cucumber, tomato, and a some finely diced fresh basil

Every week I go to the store and buy a few big tubs of it, then I mix it all up in a giant bowl with whatever I feel like that particular week, and portion it out into tupperware dishes and put them in the fridge. Then all I have to do to pack my lunch is make a sandwich, grab a container of cottage cheese, and I'm ready to go!

I think Greek yogurt has a similar nutritional profile as cottage cheese, but it's much more expensive. Still, I like to get it once in a while because I need an occasional break from cottage cheese.
