High five random girls

Since I'm a huge dork by nature, high fives have been a part of my game in the states. Women don't really understand the man world, so it's pretty funny to "introduce them" to it, and make fun of how much they suck at high fives, and so forth. This crap does not work in France. In the states, women want to be like men. In France, women want to be women. When I try to give French chicks a high five, they usually give me a strange look as if they think I'm saluting them or something. But in any case, les bises (two kisses on the cheeks), French tradition is way better for breaking the ice.

Maybe when I come back to the states I'll "introduce a french custom". Interesting.

That reminds me of my birthplace, Hawaii.

If any of you haven't been there, GO THERE.


The custom is, when you just meet someone, (namely females), you go up to them as if you're about to hug. Don't move in to embrace though, because what she does is she kisses you - with her lips! - on the cheek.

Man, couple this with the fact that Hawaiian women are irresistible, and you soon learn to fall in love with the culture. I think I've fallen in love too many times with these women. Which, because I don't mind sharing, leads me to a sidenote!

Cruise is going to experience all flavors of women, at least as much as I choose to, and THEN... I'm settling down with a Hawaiian beauty.

I'm not saying you just high five and leave. You high five, and she'll smile, then you talk to her. She has to talk to you because she's the one who raised her hand to high five you and smiled. You can talk about absolutely anything at this point, it doesn't matter, because technically she opened already.
