Hi try to make date but says parents don't let her

Ive asked this girl a couple of times to hang out but she always says that her parents don't let her. What should i do ? BTW she is my neighbor

I'm with DJ Bax, if a girl likes you then she'll make up something to tell her parents. I'd say bump up the interest level and organize some group event where its you, her and a bunch of friends. Parents don't really say no to group events. You can get closer to her at the event.
