I don't think it slows metabolism and the warrior diet is geared towards one meal while this one is 2 or 3. Ah, they're calling it "intermittent fasting."

it's when you eat lightly one day or even fast(no food),then the next day eat as much as you want just as long as it's healthy foods :wave: then eat lightly/fast the next...sounds interesting.

I've actually gotten away from shakes now. Maybe I'll have a shake post workout if I'm busy, but I'm heading away from pre-chewed, liquid meals.

I need some solid food that by stomach can "chew" on.
I switched to bulking on hot dogs rather than shakes.

I just nuke four chicken or turkey dogs in the microwave for twenty seconds. Throw those on a slice of whole-wheat bread (two dogs per slice), some fat-free cheese, some mustard...mmmmmm. Much more satisfying than a shake :)
