Here's what happened last night

Me and 2 of my friends go into the city. We go out to eat, then we begin to plan our evening accordingly. We wanted to at least hit up this jazz club at some point in the night. But we also had a backpack full of booze and we really wanted to party with this girls who go to college nearby.

Now like I posted previously, I told this girl we were coming. And she gave me this "ok well call but but I might just be doing homework blah blah blah" you dumb b!tch

I text her and say we're coming over and she says "ok but my friend ryan is here"

dunno what that means so I call her and say "we're here" and she's like "ok hold on i'm in the cafeteria i'll call you in like 2 minutes when i'm done eating."

she calls and we meet up in the street then she's like "so we're going shopping" and i'm like aight we're goin to this club and she's like aight call me in like an hour or so we'll go do something.

I say fvck that we seriosly just got ****blocked. Now when I was on the phone with her, telling her where we were, you know what i mean. the conversation where its like "i'm on the corner of 7th ave, by the sign, and the police officer, etc"

well during that phone call she ran into someone she knew and she was like "hey. oh thats my friend ryan he's sleeping over"

i was like "oh wow this b!tch thinks I can't hear her."

of course I didn't call her. I went out with my boys and we had a blast and I number closed and rode the train home with a 4 set and we already scheduled to hang out again next week.

but what the fvck man. this girl could of just told me that she was having a guest over and not to come. but yet she still answered my text, still answered the phone, still made effort to hang out with me.

i've decided i'm not going to communicate with her. i'll wait for her to talk to me. she shouldn't of gave me this whole "i'm doing homework tomorrow but come by anyway" when she was really probably gettin nailed by this dumb fvck.

You already know what's up, it's pretty obvious from what you say. So just next her, get her out of your mind. party hearty with those other girls you met and don't give it a second thought.

She's probably somewhat interested in you, but obviously not enough if she's blowing you off for some other dude and playing games like that. Don't bother with girls like this, you're in danger of slipping into AFC tendancies.

For the 2 posts I just received I'd like to say thank you. I think you're both on to something here.

AFC tendencies - Yes, I tend to do this. Yea, for some reason I kinda like the girl. I did when I met her a year and a half ago and I realized it again when I hung out with her last week. She showed a lot of interest last time we hung out and even showed some last night although she was with somebody.

I could next her, sure, I got plenty of girls I'm meeting each week. but then I hear the post about maybe this guy she was with, maybe he's a ploy, designed to make me jealous. Well, I wouldn't say it's working, but if that's the case, I might still work at it (at least when I'm in the city, which lately has been once a week)

I think I might just need proper timing with this girl. If I could hang out with her at the right time, like early in the day when she just got out of class, I might be able to work something out. Like maybe if I am in the city during the day time one day.

I think I'll just talk to her on aim about this. Maybe I'll say something like "yea it's tough, we never really make plans. I'm just spontaneous. Maybe next time I come to the city I'll come just for the sole purpose of seeing you, instead of just seeing you because I happen to be in the area"

what do you think about that approach?

Ps - I am in fact somebody who always needs to get their way. Fact is, when I can't get something, I want it even more. Part of my career success is due to my refusal to accept no for an answer and because I've become successful I'm used to always getting my way.

IMO you need to move on and then reconnect with her as a changed man to get any progress. Hanging out at the mall sounds like friend zone. talking about stuff on AIM sounds like friendzone, her being with a 'friend' she isn't trying to hide sounds like friend zone.

Let me spell this out for you. I met her on February 10th, 2007. I was kinda into her, but didn't really find any convenient ways of getting to know her, she lived kinda far, it was a busy time in my life, etc.

I got her AIM screen name through someone who was at the party, kinda by saying "Hey man that girl you knew, what's her AIM?"

Started talking to her on AIM, just curious to learn more about her. Only talked a couple of times, never tried setting up anything, didn't really have time.

Then a couple weeks ago out of the blue I woke up from a nap and saw her screen name on my buddy list so I figured what the hell. Found out she was living in the city. Visited her once on September 4th 2008 and once again yesterday.

So if you consider that knowing her for a year and a half that may clear things up for you.

The liberal use of 'b1tch' and '****block' is usually pretty telltale, and I don't see what's wrong with her possibly banging another guy...he got there first. You live in a reasonably populated area, right? There are probably another few thousand girls just like her.
