Here are some examples.

You get to know the people that work in the club. (Social proof goes up) - OK, easier said than done.

Bring friends with you. Female friends are even better and let everyone see that you are the leader by walking in front of them. - I don't get this one. If you bring and have female friends with you, aren't you bordering on AFC? Shouldn't you be sleeping with them?

Get clothes that make you stand out in a good way (Peacocking if you want to use PUA terms) - GOOD

You are the social guy in the room. The guy that talks to everybody and has interesting things to say that hook people which makes them want to be around you. -GOOD. Although I don't know if James Bond is like this so is can be contradictory at times.

You can't just walk into a club and people will be magically drawn to you.

You have to raise your value more and more while time goes by.

you are on the right track concering value, but where you go off course is assuming that all women want the same thing (ie celebrity status) the guy with all the stories, etc etc. While it make work for the highest percentage of women, not every woman is like that. The key imo is to Elicit Values and work from there.
