Hey, Ive been working out hard lately. I just wanted to let ya know what i do on my a couple of my off days instead of just siting in front of the tv.
I go to the gym and work on all my little minor muscles, like my forearms. I like just goin to the gym and doing minidumbell curls and stuff for maybe 15 minutes...Then maybe do some fingertip pusups...then carry bars around and stuff. It lets you work out those lil muscles without making you overtrained.
