all you need is a weight gainer shake. a persistent mind, and a lot of food and water.

My weight gainer shake consists of about 1800 calories (~1250cal xxxmass weight gainer in 2 glasses of milk , 170cal yogurt, 280cal 2 big tablespoons of peanut butter, 100cal banana)

The taste is pretty good actually, sometimes it sucks having to down 2 cups tho. But you get used to it fast.

i used 2 take weight gainer didnt really see any diff. and it was weight gainer 1800 and it had 1800 calories but i looked at mass xx and the label said 750 calories, but also if i do add more things like peanut butter, i wont know how much calories are in a spoon full,

stop relying on supplements.

your best friend is food and weights.

EAT, EAT, EAT. the weight gainer is just a little calorie and protein boost...

FOOD will get you big, and heavy lifting.

eat till you cant anymore, and then eat some more.

bring tuffaware sh!t to school with fish, chicken, rice and noodles or something,

eat fruits, juice, etc. and stuff high in Protein

You can see his abs, He needs to gain muscle like crazy before thinking of cutting.

ya like the only muscle i have is my abs and some chest and only a lil bit in arms, so i gotta get muscle all around before i can really see some difference
