Help Please! {Advanced Eye Contact}

I have pretty bad Social Anxiety and because of this I have conditioned myself to looking at peoples mouth's when they speak. (Its not that crazy that is where the words come from.)
I get pretty axious when looking people in the eyes for some reason.

Anyways when seducing a women its important to look em in the eyes yeah?

Can people tell when Im looking at their mouth instead of their eye's u think? (I doubt they can.)
But I dunno maybe they can, maybe chicks subconciously can?????????
What do you reckon..... Am I gonna have to start making direct eye contact with them?

1) Girls CAN tell if you are looking at their mouthes as appose to looking at their eyes.

2) When you look at a girls mouth while she/you speaks, then that generally gives the other person the impression that you want to kiss them.

3) Eye contact IS important to make with a girl, yes. When you look a girl in the eye its powerful enough to have a chemical effect in their body's. (Makes her feel things that she wouldn't feel if you never made eye contact with her)

4) Eye contact can be used as a very powerful tool when seducing a woman.

Anyways, a few ways that you can learn/teach yourself to be able to look an HB10 in the eye's are as follows:

1) When you go out, anywhere.. the mall, club, zoo, etc, make sure that you look every person you walk across, in the eyes. With the women (not so good looking women too), try for as long as you can, each time trying to keep eye contact more and more.... when you look at the woman you shouldn't see a hot woman, rather see it as your little eye game that you are playing in order to get better at the "game" and eventually win the "game" ... The "game" being able to keep eye contact and be the last to break it. Soon you should find that you are able to look HB10's straight in the eye's confidently, which is a major turn-on for a lot of woman (confidence).

2) An idea that just popped into my head is maybe get yourself a big poster for your room with the poster looking something like this ---> http://wallpapers.skins.be/sophia-bush/sophia-bush-1024x768-23065.jpg and then every day when u wake up, walk past it, go to sleep, u just look at her eye's as if she was really there looking at you.

3) Practice eye contact with you family even, of you have girl friends, then try spend some more time with them and then when you speak to them just practice on looking into their eyes.

4) If you have trouble concentrating on a persons eyes, then try looking at the eyes from a different perspective... Look at a persons eyes as something beautiful, look at how the eye is built, the colours of a persons eye, the way the persons eye makes u feel, its not a bad feeling, u just need to know how to direct the feeling.

I love talkin' bout this ****. I had a problem with the eye contact thing to DJTJ mate. I never looked a person in the eye, I just couldn't, I was incredibly introverted, whenever I by chance looked a girl in the eye I felt my face burn up. I got over this by following advice of looking everyone in the eye (practice makes perfect afterall) and it isn't even a problem anymore.

My gf told me how it made her feel when I used to just look her in the eye (pre dating her) and she said that when i did she had this ambiguous feeling, not knowing whether she was scared or attracted to me (lol great, my gf thought I was a stalker )

She is pretty racked so most guys tend to have their eyes float down to the ol f*ck udders
She said "You were different. You didn't just stare at my breasts all night" (I did I just made sure I was extra sneaky lol)

The saying "Eyes are the window to the soul" didn't come from nothing!
