HELP! need to learn how to dance

im from the cincinnati area and am planning on hitting up the local clubs soon here but i have a problem...i suck at dancing.. in the past when ive tried to dance with a girl, ive gotten a few laughs from the girl because i suck soo bad, i cant do that grinding stuff even though it looks easy i just cant do it for the life of me..so i was wondering if anybody has advise on a certain dance video or dance classes that i should take so i can rip up the dance fllor!@*&#
