Help me with English word, name of equipment with water damage

Cellphones and such that were water damaged or dropped or ran over, etc. There is a word for them. Something to the sound of equipment that can't be repaired or something like that. What's that word?

I've never encountered a word that specifically describes something that's water damaged. The closest word I know is irreparable. It basically means the item is damaged to the point where it's impossible to fix. Hope this is the word you're looking for.
