Help me psychoanalyze this girl

I was sitting in one of my favorite coffee shops the other day. There is a pretty cute young girl that works there.

While I was sitting there another cute young girl comes in and drops off a resume.

After the girl looking for a job leaves one of the girls says to her co-worker "we don't need any more really cute girls working here"

That got me curious as to why women say things like that. Anyone got any thoughts as to why she would say that. I thought the girl saying that was more attractive than the one wanting a job.

Could she just have low self esteem? Any ideas?

True. Women decide whether other women are cute or not just as quickly if not quicker than men do. I've always heard that some women feel threatened by attractive girls. I think it has to do with the attention factor, but probably just as much to do with their own insecurities and the feeling of being compared.

Yeah,I agree with Interceptor. Women don't like competition with other attractive women. They see other women as somehow a threat to them.The funny thing is that if this girl had been fat or ugly,they might have hired her simply to make themselves look better.
