As you get stronger you will gain more size. And to get stronger you need to lift and eat alot and proper too. And you are at a mere 110lbs, you REALLY need to eat alot. Just lift and eat healthy foods and lots of it, and with time you'll be getting stronger. Its Obvious that you have wasted 2 years of your life (liftin wise). You MUST have been doing several things wrong for you not to get stronger in those 2 years. Either you never lifted right or overtrained, you never ate right, went to the gym once a month, or never lifted before..you cant really cant be benching 70lbs without having done several things wrong. And your questions is a bit too general. You need to provide more info. Such as your diet, that would be a good start.
