Not being harsh, but i have to agree with loveshogun.

She was your ex, and unfortunately, you tried to re-establish an already stale relationship with her, but you only tossed the control back into her hands. She clearly denied you another relationship, and you seem to just ponder and wait like a dog until she decides when/if shes ready.

Truth is: I doubt she ever will be...

You should learn to LISTEN and take advice unless you wish to get burned again. I guess the best way to fully learn a lesson is through repetition right lol!? Its only a matter of time until you hear about some new guy in her arsenal. Don't forget to update us when the news drops

"Look Dad I fixed the Ferrari after I crashed it!"

"That's great son, how'd you do it?"

"Oh, I just used some duct tape and bailing wire. See? Good as new."

Teenager + asking advice on an online forum and then not listening + crawling back to his ex = you

Pump the brakes, kid. Rollo gives some of the best advice on this board. It would behoove you to listen to him.

Remember - you're the one having the lady trouble. Don't ask for advice and then get mad when people tell you to open your eyes.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Oh wait, your situation is different to everyone elses and your ex is hotter than anyone elses, so you should do the exact opposite of what worked for everyone else.

She's clearly still crazy about you, so withdraw all the money you have and go buy her a ring and some other jewellery. Every time she goes cold, give her a present, then ask if she needs any housework or favours doing. If she tells you she doesn't want to be with you, then give her the ring and propose to her.

Of course, she will say yes because she's still crazy about you and this whole break up stuff was just because she's so in love she is scared of getting hurt.

So go and fight for her!!

(I'm assuming that's what you came to this forum to read, so there you go)

well just to let everyone know that we got back together today. I know I may not have been Don Juan about it, but I did have a lot going for me particulary in the looks section so that is always a help.

I think it does show that if something is worth fighting for then go for it. However, tactics should be used where appropriate and you should try and keep your options open whilst still single as using other girls as pawns is half the battle to getting her interest back.

Good luck, kid. We'll see you soon.

Don't worry, guys. Some people learn best from experience.

Stay positive, op!

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.
