Sometimes I am funny... once in a while. Most of the time not. Just think of the most insensitive, ego inflating thing to say and say it with complete conviction. So, if a girl gives you any type of compliment that is meant to indirectly show that you might have value, you respond with a "duuuh!!!" or "you are the 3rd female to tell me that today." You basically just overpower her probing questions and comments with pure ego. It takes practice and its best if you don't fake it, because then it seems unnatural.
