I feel like I'm learning something here. What ill effects do carbs have for you?
It's not necessarily an ill effect,but it won't help you to lean out.
I'm not talking junk food carbs but good things like whole wheat breads, rice and such.
A lot of breads have fake ingredients added into them. A lot of NATURAL bodybuilders are into their health as well so they just eat healthy from the get-go.
Another thing, I love potatos. Mashed, baked, whatever. As long as you leave the heaping pat of butter off them, is it okay to have them?
If your going to have a potato,rice,corn or bread do it in the A.M. due to the starch content.
Like having a hot dog without the bun.
If you cared about your health you wouldn't eat hot dogs.
