Update!!
hey guys , it's me again , HB_Hunter but i lost my membership as i haven't been free to come to this site , been busy in my life , improving , enjoying and also ****in girls !
However,
I also want to rebuild this jounral with new updates , been going to the gym 3-4 times , getting a bored a lil cz my spotter hasn't been coming with me due to work . also , i am so lazy to read like before from sites like bb , t-mag etc..
I also been looking around and observing some of the big guys and what they are doing regarding lifting . im reaching a pleateau you can say especially with studying medicine as im planning to come to US soon . so i need to get back on track , get motivated again , even reading very small articles , or posts guys here like metal fortress , warboss alex and hey Lifeforce....how ya been man ?
So my journal is very similar to the one on the first page . want to change things around . been watching guys telling me to do 4 sets for small muscles ??!! and yet they are big so it's wierd when they do back and then 4 sets of biceps without it getting over-trained??!! i've always believed in Diesel's Guide to Bulking routines ...

W:73 Kg
BF: 16%
Chest: 38"
Shoulders: 45"
Arms: 12"
waist: 32"
Thigh: 21"
calves: 14"
I haven't been drinking whey protein since 2 months , now i got 2 bags of it ! im back to drinking 2-3 scoopes per day
MY goal is still to be lean and cut...Good build but not Huge !!
so i guess i will have to bulk up to 77-78 then judge !
What's your advice guys ? what do you think shall be a good routine , good articles for intermediates like me ? Im really getting bored and lazy and losing sight of my goals physically and sometimes i only go for the post-work-out feeling of masculinity and refreshment !!
Im back on track though and want to be focused with desire and determination...just need Help !!
