Any teacher who messes with a student deserves to spend some considerable time in prison. I don't care if it's a male teacher or a female teacher...automatic jail time, period.

I don't think I was ever as shocked and disgusted as I was with Mary Kay Letourneau (sp?)...the teacher who was married and had kids who got pregnant by her grade school student. She did go to jail. And when she got out...she got pregnant by him again. She's out of jail, he's an adult now and they got married not too long ago. Whether it was love or obsession...who knows...but despite throwing her in jail...they kept going right back at it every chance they got.

Only that boy knows if he was taken advantage of or not (which I suspect he was). My heart goes out to her older children who must have suffered terribly. Her ex husband sounds like he was a real ass and he cheated on her with many women before she did this. Here's some background:

I can't believe some of the estrogenic people here. I was ready to **** supermodels by the time I was 11. By 13-14 I'd moved my tastes down to hot teachers and classmates.

Yet other males here must have had the sexual mentality of girls when they were of similar age (and much older...) judging from the responses.


Absolutely amazing. Almost as amazing as seeing the teacher suffer fines and jailtime for giving it up to a most-fortunate young male... which is quite mindblowing imo.

The reason it's wrong is because the teacher (just like a therapist, doctor, etc) is in a position of AUTHORITY over the other person...in this case, a minor child. Teenage hormones are irrelevent here. You can't allow a teacher to get away with something like this because it would set a horrible precendent. First...it would allow people in a position of authority to use coercion to get sexual favors from whoever they are in a position of authority over. Secondly, it would provide case law defense for pedophiles and sexual predators.

The law is as it is for a reason...a VERY GOOD reason.

The teacher knew the law and broke it...jail time is necessary...period.

Hey, I'd honestly have to say that a few teachers...I would not mind at all for them to give me sexual favours...like that teacher in grade 7, holy ****, she didnt' even follow the dress code.
