i notice when i wake up, its back to bed. but i know that once you start moving around, youll kick into waken mode. sometimes this takes 30 mins, even an hour for me, and that is just not efficient. do any of you have this problem?
any suggestions on what to do to just kick start your day without any bs problems?
heck, sluggish in general-nap in the middle of the day, and the whole thing repeats, just it's not at night anymore.

i started takin fish oil more yesterday, and i slept at 3am woke at 7am for a paper. didnt feel too tired! in fact once i got up to shut the damn alarm clock i felt kinda refreshed! i dont know if this is some weird coincidence, but if fish oil does affect it (doubt it) im just going to buy those sparkletts 5 gallon jugs and drink out of that!
