Hehe let the festivities begin!

A study by UC San Diego found that having self-control is actually a big deal for gaining power. People who keep their impulses in check tend to be seen as more powerful and better leaders. They did a bunch of experiments with over 3,500 folks who all seemed to agree that self-control equals goal-smashing abilities, making you look like boss material.

This is why activities such as No Fap or Semen Retention are crucial leading up to trying to get an important project done or goals accomplished. Self Disciplined activities such as No Fap, meditation, getting up in the Dusk of the morning to run 3-5 miles, delayed gratification before pleasure are important aspects to strive for when trying to get something done, try it out sometime, they work.

Discipline and delayed gratification have a huge impact on productivity and focus. I’ve found that taking small steps, like meditating in the morning or resisting instant gratification, can help build momentum. Not sure about No Fap specifically, but anything that strengthens mental resilience seems like it could pay off in the long run. Worth experimenting with to see what works for you!
