Where I be at
I dunno, for me it seems like the same point is just beong reiterated over and over by everyone. This seems true to most of the internet boards of seduction; the foundations are already laid now people are just tweaking and overcomplicating everything. Here, I like the atmosphere, most of the posters, and there is always a chance that something new will come along so thats the main reasons I stay. Why do you stay here? Cuz quite frankly anyone can do more than great with just a couple posts of the DJ Bible

I haven't really learned anything new from sosuave since I was still in high school in my later teen years, but comming back here helps keep me in the right frame of mind even though I do know how I should conduct myself nowadays.

When I first came here I learned everything that I possibly could. I never bothered to post anything because everytime I had a question, someone else had already asked it. So I just learned and got out there and tried it. Some thigns worked, some thigns didn't... but I found my style nonetheless.

After a while I simply forgot all about this place, sosuave, until about a year ago when I started posting.;)

Exactly where I want to be.
Well, a lot has already been said; there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of groundbreaking stuff anymore for whatever reason.

Not to knock this particular forum - 'cause it's my favorite section - but it's funny to note that Anything Else is the 2nd most "popular" (for lack of a better term) forum here. DJ Discussion is #1 with around 210,000 posts, this one is second (69,000), HS is 3rd (55,000) and Tips is running 4th.

I haven't logged on to this forum expecting to learn a whole lot of new stuff in a while, but Anything Else is just a fun place to talk about whatever comes to mind.

I don't think there's a whole lot to learn here. Found this site about 3 years ago and it was an eye-opener for me, but haven't really seen anything more worthwhile in the past 1 and a half years. I think the main thing that should be learned here is self-confidence/self-knowledge, and everything else is just meant to build off of this. Kino helps with women, but is only useful for women...not for life as a whole. Techniques seem mostly unuseful...they're much too limiting and only seem to promote a lack of self.

But the HS Forum is given far less credit than it deserves...despite its state on the front page, doing a search on a few select people can bring juicer stuff than you'll find elsewhere.

'Anything Else' is arguably the most entertaining forum in the world.

Where else would you find people discussing the sociological implications of the "girlfriend addition" in GTA: San Andreas on young kids' dating behaviour? (Link).

To be honest I know exactly where you're coming from.
I posted a couple of threads when I was in distress, and to be fair, I got a really good replies.
But it could be argued that for all the time I spend here, I don't learn anything new that I haven't got from Pook's be a man posts.

We're playing what can be argued is the most ancient game between
humans.
The rules of mate selection were encoded into our genes millenia ago.
While I think it's fair to say that on a societal level we all know what
those rules are more or less consciously, individual knowledge of
these rules varies considerably. And those who know them
have only the basic tools with which to "win" the game,
those who know them and can adapt themselves optimally to fit
them are "winners" even more so.
And some of them seem to have been born with or absorbed
those tools unconsciously ("naturals"), others have to
learn them through repetition ("DJ/PUA").
The beta/gammas (AFCs and worse) are the ones that either
haven't fully decoded the rules or have, but won't/can't
do anything to adapt themselves to them.

So any "new" stuff seems to be in the form of rather
granular knowledge, such as: women like tests ("chick crack"),
magic tricks (Mystery), might possibly be pseudo-hypnotized
by triggerwords and phrases (NLP/Ross' "patterns"),
enjoy "kino" (attraction chemicals are released by physical
contact), etc.

I think any "new material" will arrive in the form of more
ideas such as I mentioned in the paragraph above,
or the same old stuff about creating and maintaining
attraction as before, but put into a more articulate,
readable or graspable style.

Learning is not a linear thing.

Everytime I am here I learn something new. My daily experiences urge me to refine what I read here.

Sometimes I pick up something that I read like 3 months ago and read it again, and I learn something new. It's like applying stuff unleashes more perspectives from which I can learn even more.

I really love this forum.
