...that you wanted to belt a chick?

I have never hit a woman. But every once and a while I come across a chick who is such an insufferable b!tch I really, truly want to blast her smart a$s through a wall.

I work with this Lithuanian chick at my lab who has a hair-trigger b!tch mechanism. If I make ONE small mistake, she's a caustic, snappy b!tch to me for the rest of the day. If I try to defend myself she just ascribes her disrespectful attitude to me for making a mistake. Unfortunately she is basically my superior at work, so there is little I can do. Ive thought about pulling her aside and talking to her about it, but I have doubts that would improve matters; in fact it may make them worse. I need this job for a number of important reasons.

Obviously I'm venting here. Having a female boss is a true test of patience. They have full licensure to be the biggest cvnt in the world without any recourse or accountability.

AAARRGGHH!!!! Cant I just get ONE free choke-a-b!tch card a year?? :box:

Do I feel for you. I don't work with women anymore, thank god! The more selfish, lazy, and non-producing they are the worse they are to work with.
Undermine this one's *****iness by not responding to it whatsoever.

Devils Advocate: You mentioned she's Lithuanian...maybe she gets off on being able to be a b!tch like all these American cvnts she no doubt admires. In her country disrespect towards a man may have earned her a rifle stock across the cheek

But by no means do I advise even acknowledging her.

I would never work for a female boss..Working with female peers is testing enough.

However ,in your situation I would start treating her like any other woman. Remember that she craves male attention, so trigger off her desire to get to know you in a more personal way without violating office politics.

Slowly does it here. Just give her one of those long stares until she looks away.
Then when she says ," What are you looking at ?"
Say, " There is just something about you today "...smile and walk away.
That should get you about two weeks pleasantness from her.
Top her up every few weeks.

Hmm, who knows, maybe she fancies you and hopes to get private with you somewhere. :D

I'd like to second Jophil here. It's the smooth, nothing-you-do-phases-me attitude. That's the one thing women can't handle besides themselves. She'll indeed soon die to know who that cool guy really is.

Keep us posted, C!

Women bosses can be UBER cvnts. They think they have to overcompensate to get respect.

This is especially true with small women. She could be sweet as pie outside work and a total b!tch on the clock. I've known a couple like that.

Haha yes. I learned a lot from having a bytchy stupid wh0re of a female boss. I'm actually thankful. I really learned how to handle people in those situations (Even though I failed at the time, by REACTING The way she wanted me to). I used to get REALLY angry at this too, but this is the wrong way to act.

She craved the way people feared her. Everyone around her would be self conscious and over compensate anything just to please her, because if they got on her wrong side...It was hell.

you just act casual and genuinely unaffected by what she has to say/or does. In fact you can turn it around easily and make it seem like she is the one with the problem, acting like a complete baby having a hissy fit over the slightest thing. I don't mean just comply with what she says, you have to throw in a bit of a confused look as to why she is acting like an idiot, but still remain unaffected. This instantly gives you the frame and will make her frustrated/re think the way she is acting towards you. They are usually not used to this. Most people react instantly to whatever they say and fall in line (By hesitating/agreeing/apologizing/getting flustered etc...exactly what these people crave). If you actually analyze their behavior, they are acting childish.

This is the ONLY way to beat these people. They may even begin to wonder why you act like that and want to get to know you more / compensate for YOU.

I'm not sure if what I said applies to your situation, but I have met and dealt with a few people like this and it always seems to work.

I have a female boss and a female colleague in a position of great influence. Every previous guy in my position did not get on well with them (they were mostly very nice fellas) and got bent over on many occasions. Other guys and even women sometimes get roasted by those two. They have a rather notorious reputation and they're also older feminist lesbians - talk about the deadliest combination! Thanks to my DJ learning, I get on very well with those women and they're very fond of me, much to the amazement of others.

You make some good points.

Mine is an odd working situtation---when I'm at the lab we literally work right next to each other all day. It's mostly the nature of the work, not a personal thing. So it's not like I do some things and report to her periodically; she is literally right next to me all day. This can be trying for anyone---let alone an erratic type-A chick, and myself, more of a independent type-B. Most of the time we get along, but when she's a cvnt I dont really have any professional recourse. Kind of a love-hate relationship.

The bottom line is this chick isnt going to change and there is not a whole lot I can do about working with her, other than minimize the available time I have for the lab (I also work in an office). I think the best gameplan seems to be just not getting razzled when she is an unprofessional cvnt, and do my best to calmly stand my ground when she is acting like a spoiled child.

It sucks when it's just not one of those situations you can walk away from.

I think this is true about bosses in general. I think it's the American dream to kill your boss.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
I hit like 3 or 4 women last night alone.

If you count smacking asses. :D

Is it wrong when you smack a girl's ass just to WAIL on it, like you want her momma to feel it? :D

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I worked with female bosses in the past and always had problems. I guest it's just being boss around by a woman that got to me. I personal train at a gym and had to give up the job because of the supervisor. Everytime she was in a bad mood she would start bossing around the trainers to pick up trash and other little stuff she could do herself. Most of the time this accured right in the middle of training a client. It was so disrespectful.

I feel your pain homie. They will keep at it until you put them in check.

I'm one of only two heterosexual males in my entire office (the other is married and much older, 50+). I work in healthcare, and in a specific subset that attracts many more women than men. Our Sr. VP (my boss) is a woman. Fortunately, not being needy, and understanding how women work, has been able to work in my favor. I've received two promotions and pay-raises in about 6 months. Sure, I'm skilled, but I also know how to navigate the emotional and subtle nuances women are known for.

I think you should take what you know about being a man, how attraction with women works, and leverage it to your benefit. It makes life easier.

And I agree, but don't just act unaffected, be unaffected. Know that as a man, her b1tchyness is the consequence of factors outside of your control and that you're better than that - as long as you know that you can consciously step outside of it and keep perspective.

Very true.

I've had more a55hole male bosses in my life than b1tchyy female bosses. I think it's difficult with women because of our inherent lack of understanding them, and the desire to dominate (with me at least). You have to be bigger than the specific situation or scenario.
