Hate my city, any suggestions

It really depends on what you are looking for in a new city.
Good Weather?
Good girl to guy ratio?
Diversity?
Lots of night life?
Beaches?
Great food?
Busy vs. chill?
Figure out what you want and do your research accordingly.

Basically a laidback enviroment with friendly white women. Ive been looking at this site http://www.happierabroad.com/ and it really opened my eyes to some opportunities. Anyone have any experiences from living in another country?

In all seriousness Vancouver is an awesome city...you probably just need to get out more bud. (no I'm not asian, I'm white)
That being said, I live in Calgary...and honestly can't see myself living anywhere else. MAYBE Australia...maybe. Calgary is an incredible city with tons of opportunity as far as career, women, lifestyle choices.
Edit: I wouldn't classify Calgary as a "laid back" environment. Not sure exactly why you mean by that phrasing, but the city is pretty go go go, with tons of energy. The people are pretty friendly and not too stuck up if that's what you're referring to. I lived in Victoria for a year, and think it may be closer to what you're looking for? Less asians...pretty laid back environment in all aspects - and it's only a ferry ride away for you making it an easily viable option.

You have a Commonwealth passport so immigration's no problem. Why not vacation there next summer and explore the possibilities?

Vancouver is similar to Sydney australia, expensive real estate, spoilt people, lots of hard work picking up. Problem is it is a bad economy to move around
