Others may disagree, but his prose is considerably better than his poetry.
He seems to have a go-to move of ending a poem with "I went to the market to get beer and cigarettes and went home", which is not the most evocative way to do it lol. His poetry tends to be very dry and devoid of much imagery. It's usually some bare-bones epiphany in line form.
Women is good but his story collections are the best. I rec "The Most Beautiful Woman In Town".
