Prosecutors say Sunrise Lee took a close interest in his practice. She was a former dancer at a Florida strip club who was hired as a sales executive despite having no academic degree. Her management experience involved running an escort service, prosecutors said. She rose to become Insys Therapeutics' regional sales director.

Holly Brown, the Insys sales rep who recounted the lap dance story to federal jurors, testified that Lee frequently wore low-cut tops around Madison. During their initial lunch, court documents say, Lee handed the doctor her business card and “told him to call if he wanted to discuss the Fentanyl Spray ‘in private.’ ”

After one dinner in mid-2012, Brown said she, Lee and Madison went to a club, where she witnessed Lee “sitting on [Madison’s] lap, kind of bouncing around.”

“He had his hands sort of inappropriately all over her chest,” Brown said.

Now I've never been in a career position to buy from any supplier, but in some fields, I would imagine that there are a lot of "sales calls". Of course, this is a ridiculous example, but I have a feeling that there is a lot of eye candy being thrown around to entice sales, and it seems that a DJ with the proper frame could do some macking.

I'm afraid 'frame' is not enough. You are in the gold digger territory. At this point they will not even look at you if you are an average 5 digit earner, they work around men who own businesses and make 6 and more digits.

Yes, I have mocked like that. You see a ton of that in IT, women in sales or management who couldn’t tell you the difference between a workstation or server. Ask them the most simple technical questions and their answer is “Let me ask Bill the engineer” . I will ask them questions like “so where did you get your hands on technical experience working with product X” knowing full well they never have. They will try to soften it up with how organized they are or how 10 years ago they took care of filling the printer paper in their office so that somehow qualifies them to sell me a 200k$ piece of technology. Total joke!!!

Nope. They are not being nice because they like you. When you have a lot of experience you will learn the difference between manipulation and real interest.

When I was in college, I interned at an engineering research firm. The owner was a physicist and brilliant inventor who had a remarkable sense of female nature for the time (mid-80s). His chief engineer was a socially awkward AFC. One of the electronic component sales rep was a really hottie, and completely clueless when it came to what she was selling. Without getting into the technical aspects of what I was doing... the chief engineer had me working on a project for two weeks trying to figure out how to make what she was selling work with the circuitry design. Richard, the owner walked into our lab and asked me what I was doing... I told him.

I'll never forget what he said... he looking at the component specs for less then a minute and said "The op am input offset tolerance is too loose... the only way these things will work is if we test the offset WITH EACH component we buy, to ensure it is low enough to work with our transducers." Then he chastised me for wasting my time and asked what my next project was... and it was evaluating another component that hottie was trying to sell the company... again he looked at the specs and shook his head... then asked why I was doing this... Just then Roger (the chief engineer) walks in. Richard just bItched him out for thinking with the wrong head.

Never mix business with pleasure, unless you just want your wallet emptied.

for the whole aspect of selling, I could take several on this on a sales rep vision and a IT tech guy, in both you undertand then most woman don't know anything about the tech, and will try to apeal for feelings, ina sale rep thing,t here was cases of the buyer of huge companys, asked seide money to finish the deal, really stealing from the company though the buying of things the company needed, and didn't matter if you sold cheaper and better quality if you didn't grease his paw he wouldn't buy from you, so using a woman who is used to be a ***** to make peeple like this buy from you is kinda beliveable, and in a certain note, a smart thing to do, doing so you can ask any price, and you don't even need to care from competition.

There’s a reason why a lot of attractive women are in sales. They can influence men and other women just by being sexy.

Every single hetero guy at one time or another has probably bought something because the woman selling it was eye candy.

However, hiring a stripper seems like bad way to go unless she can acts within accepted societal norms.

If you see two women selling the same product and one looks like a playboy centerfold or what your type is and the other looks Julia Child chances are you are going to go to the playboy centerfold.

Hired guns can be had but you need to understand the difference between when a woman using her sexuality to sell and when she is using her sexuality because she’s interested in you. Often the way to tell is that she’s not using her sexuality.
