All 3 of you are talking about very different substances with similar sounding names. In biology you can have molecules that have very different sounding names, you can't just start mixing and matching what they do.
To the OP yes it does work, but there was a study that said a lot of Melanotan II sold is not actually Melanotan, but substances that have a similar effect but unknown side effects. It is the summer right now. Just go outside if you want a tan that badly. Worth putting random substances in your body?
