Aight, so im like THE poster boy for hard-gainers/ectomorphs everywhere... I can eat as much as I can and not gain ANYTHING. Ive been workin out for about a year (2-3 times a week, heavy weight/low reps) and i've gained about 10-12lbs.

Now I was just wondering, I like to eat McDonalds quite often (2-3 times a week? No more than 4), sometimes as a lunch, sometimes as just a snack between meals (though i still eat the whole Meal).

Im not too worried about gaining fat, since Its just impossible anyways, but I was wondering if its possible to not have any body fat (or at least very very little) but still get fat and cholesterol crap into my bloodstream/arteries that could do some serious damage?

Just remember my metabolism is like a f*cking hummingbirds'.

its been proven that most skinny people who claim to have a fast metabolism when compared to an obsese person who claims to have a slow metabolism have exactly the same rate of metabolism.
As for the cholestoral, yes you can have high levels of cholestoral and still be skinny. Mcdonalds isnt healthy, one small meal is about 1200 calories at mc donalds. Cholestoral is made in your body, and isnt the same as fat. So it will add up exponentially the way u say your diet is.

Eat quality food.

Even Bruce Lee would eat McDonald's from time to time, but in my opinion eating there 2-4 times per week is excessive.

McDonald's food is produced as fast as possible, which isn't necessarily the best for you. Its full of Trans Fatty Acids, the excessive calories which has already been mentioned, and its protein to carb ratio adds up to an awful meal.

If you eat meals like McDonald's so often I'm not suprised you have a fast metabolism. Why would your body want to keep that stuff inside you? ;)

I have a very fast metabolism like you so I eat many meals a day. Apparantly, if you up the amount of carbs you can gain weight.

At rez in university I had french fries, fast food, orange juice, and pop in huge quantities and I lost weight!! Lost so much its not even funny.

Now that I'm eating super healthy, and eating according to the ratios I am gaining.

Sonic, I've seen your pic. It's no wonder you're two-dimensional.

Do you have ANY concept of what a proper diet is?

For a guy like you, it's PROTEIN, PROTEIN, and then some PROTEIN. Eat tuna fish. Lots of it. Eat so much of it that people wrinkle their noses when you talk to them. You need that much protein. Then proceed to wash it all down with a nice protein/meal replacement shake like ensure or something by EAS, and some water if necessary. Then do it again for dinner.

And you MUST combine your meals with a good work out regimine. If you just eat lots of tuna and don't work out, it will probably burn right off or be stored as fat around your belly. Then you will get the WORST possible body - skinny like a bytch in the limbs, with a LARGE GUT. That is even worse than being an all-round big guy.

Get yourself together, for chrissakes!
