I have decided that starting from tomorrow 13/09/2013 I will attempt the 90 day no Fap/no looking at porn challenge. I have read lots of people's reports of this and most said after a few days/weeks they felt a lot more confident, outgoing, flirty, stronger, more energetic etc.

As well as not masturbating for 90 days I also plan to do the following to increase my testosterone levels even higher.

1) Get plenty of sleep at night.

2) Sleep in a cool room. Either have a fan on or have the window open.

3) Plenty of exercise. I plan on doing 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 50 dips, use some weights and either running/exercise bike.

4) Eat lots of protein like chicken, fish, eggs etc. I will also have 5 Brazil nuts a day as well as a few handfuls of pumpkin seeds a day.

5) Take cold showers

6) Take ZMA tablets to increase Zinc levels.

Well that is my plan starting from tomorrow. I will update daily and will especially be interested in key days like day 5, day 7, day 14 etc when people really started noticing changes.

On day 64 I am going away for an adult weekend holiday with the boys so if I can make it that long I'll be a god damned sexual Tyrannosaurus :D

Any advice from anyone here as I go would be much appreciated :)

I want to do this challenge not just because I want to be more confident and flirtatious with women but for self improvement and accomplishment in general. I will be eating well and exercising and proving to myself I have the willpower not to need to watch porn/fap.

GO for it!!! Dont give in!!

I did this challenge and I genuinely think it made me a better man. I actually only set out to do 30 days no fap and 90 days no porn. I made it 42 days without a fap and over 4 months without porn. The no fap part of it was beneficial for self-control, but most of the benefits---for me anyways---came from no porn.

I think a fap every now and then is healthy if you aren't sexually active, it's just best to do it infrequently so you don't require porn.

it's only two dude who ever completed the 90 day no fap, me being one of them and the other is zinc.

You guys don't have the determination to go the whole 90.

Also for your number 1, if you make it past a week, say goodbye to sleep cause you wont be getting any for awhile until at least the first month.

The key to doing no fap is never being alone.

I did a 90 days no erection challenge, 45 days epistane+ 30 days PCT and the rest of the time came quite easy...but guess it was not because of my self control :whistle: :whistle:

I went 32 days no fap and porn.

It was hard but after i gave in i felt really guilty but overall i felt stronger. I was more aggressive and willing to downgrade during that period as well.

Every time i felt like doing it, i just thought of something that would turn me off or preoccupy me.

I now go 1 week minimal at a time without fapping. I want to do the 90 challenge so im training my body for it at the time. Slowly that 1 will become 2... 3... And so on.


90 is a big challenge especially if you are not seeing anyone, i would go for the 30 day at first.

I find the "Key" to be another challenge of self control. I found that if I can do it alone, it's cake walk doing it in front of people. :rockon:

Hey, yes it works, I started it on feb 14th and did it until mid April so about 60-80 days. Let me say...IT WORKS. My erections got 10x harder...like a rock, before they were extremely weak erections and if you slid it into a vagina it wouldn't feel like a stiff pole to a woman, now its just amazing ;)

Do it...it will be the best thing you do this year
