I have decided that starting from tomorrow 13/09/2013 I will attempt the 90 day no Fap/no looking at porn challenge. I have read lots of people's reports of this and most said after a few days/weeks they felt a lot more confident, outgoing, flirty, stronger, more energetic etc.
As well as not masturbating for 90 days I also plan to do the following to increase my testosterone levels even higher.
1) Get plenty of sleep at night.
2) Sleep in a cool room. Either have a fan on or have the window open.
3) Plenty of exercise. I plan on doing 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 50 dips, use some weights and either running/exercise bike.
4) Eat lots of protein like chicken, fish, eggs etc. I will also have 5 Brazil nuts a day as well as a few handfuls of pumpkin seeds a day.
5) Take cold showers
6) Take ZMA tablets to increase Zinc levels.
Well that is my plan starting from tomorrow. I will update daily and will especially be interested in key days like day 5, day 7, day 14 etc when people really started noticing changes.
On day 64 I am going away for an adult weekend holiday with the boys so if I can make it that long I'll be a god damned sexual Tyrannosaurus
Any advice from anyone here as I go would be much appreciated
