I do understand that part, everyone has a life. Someone here said it good i think it was Espi or Throttle. When your goal is to lose a good deal of body fat (the same also goes for people looking to gain muscle) ..there is nothing convenient about it. Thats why so many people fall short. What to do is the easy part, doing it is the hard part. It sucks since your life revolves around the diet, your all alone, your friends/family aren't following any kind of a diet so its even harder, but you just have to PLAN AHEAD OF TIME and figure out what your going to do in advance, and use your will power, also figure out you goals and why this is important to you.

Yes, Throttle made a post on this recently.

Only you are going to make it happen. School isn't a problem at all. I used to take shakes and meat laden sandwiches (not for you-sandwiches that is).

I had to make them and pack them. Mummy isn't going to do it for you.

Im almost parallel here, feels good.j

Deadlift

Form is looking alot better, but im almost benching as much as I deadlift? Not good im guessing.

2 x 8 Dips


5 mins warmup, 15 mins HIT, cooldown

My diet is really rocky, still this is my biggest problem, im trying to get it down as best I can right now.

Your bigger problem is the lag in squats compared to bench and dead lift. To be frank with you, I'd pee my pants laughing if I saw you in the gym squatting that much after benching and dead lifting that much. Do you see my point? Otherwise, good progress. You'll figure out the diet problem soon enough if you work at trying to figure it out hard enough.

Yeah I understand, I used to be embarrassed to squat in front of my friends because of the low weight I was doing, but Im trying to raise as often as possible, while still keeping my form.

Effort I wanted to get into the habit of taking fish oil, i read up on the amazing benefits of it. I just took 1 1200mg pill. How much dosage should I take a day?

Yeah, what is the point of that? It doesn't help anyone.

Keep it up, I wish I had started when I was 16. BTW, you bench more than I do :)

Yeah man, your bench is *good* :) keep up with the solid process and the fat will start coming off faster as well mate.

Not everyone was built to squat, so you'll have a harder time with squats but over time you'll make them your b*tch. So don't listen to any bullsh*t that people give you.

theres a lot of debate on this, the range is usually 5-30pills a day some even do 40, i'd keep it 10-15pills a day.

Andy, look in JohnnyIrish's log on the last two pages for stuff on box squatting. I think that would be beneficial for you as well. Try and get a video if you can so we can see what is going on better.

Keep it up. One step at a time.

Nah it didnt hurt my feelings at all Bat dont worry about it.

Quag could I do box squats with a bench? Ive never tried them before so...

I posted a great thread in the above log on box squatting.

You could start off with a bench if you can squat onto it whilst maintaining your arch. You will eventually have to get another item to use as a box (adjustable) so you can lower it over time. That is assuming if the bench puts you above parallel which I assume it would.

There isnt anything at the gym besides the bench that I could use.

Im still arching my back i little bit here and my feet are pointed out.ward extremely. Any ideas why?

About the squats...

Your feet point out for stability. Try widening your stance a little and keep your toes pointed slightly out still.

If your back is arching, try stiffening your core(flex abs and arse) while doing the movement.
