But besides all that, how could one get some descent results training for one month without taking whey powder, but with a proper diet (4-5 meals a day, tuna/cheese or chicken, and sometimes a yoghie ). I'm looking to develom y arms a bit more, and maybe my pecks if possible without taking the supplements.
Yea, pretty much. Gold's is a known for powerlifting and hardcore bodybuilding, 24 hour fitness is known for well, fitness, haha. Although their are always the exceptions.Originally posted by madgame
