I did it. I finally did it.

I've been spinning my dream plate now for 8 months now and have been really cautious about not coming on to strong and AFCing even though I knew after the first month or so I was actually in love with her. I would come on these boards everytime I had the urge to idly text her just to talk to her and remind myself that any sort of contact not in person not to set up dates usually backfires. So I waited. Heart aching like a little ***** but I waited and played it cool for these last goddam 8 months. I wanted to make her mine but I thought that she might not be looking for a relationship cuz shes hot as fuq and pretty cool so I'm sure she must have other guys tryna hit that.

But last night during sex she says out of the blue "wow, I'm so lucky I get to fvck you." And if that wasn't enough when we were spooning after she finally said the L word and asked me how I felt about being together officially.

I said yes.

I've accomplished my goal SoSuave. Thanks for everything. Lets hope she doesn't change her mind anytime soon

You must continue to do what you were doing, if anything restrict yourself even more...reward (with attention) and punish (ignore) and continue being unpredictable...being predictable WILL KILL your relationship.

This is this difference between an AFC and a Don Juan. Sure a Don Juan will feel some of the same emotions that an AFC will. This is an awesome post and in glad I read it.

I wish complacency was a thing. I'm deffinetly gonna play it safe and take that threads advice but i think the girl im with is cool enough that i wont have to try super hard. Its also works out that we go to schools an hour away so we only see each other on the weekends (but from the same hometown so also break/summer). I think the time away during the week perpetually keeps us in the honeymoon phase so im not ever really sick of her despite it being 18 months

Ill update this thread if any sort of interesting development.
