Guitar Hero III for the Wii tips on playing?

Are they're any tips out their? I can only do easy and cant even get half way through on medium i know it sounds like i am a terrible player but are they're any good tips on how to get playing better? Thanks in advance!

Seriously, put down the controller. Video games and sh*t like that arent going to do anything for you mentally or your game. Learn to play the guitar for real. It'll be better for you in the big scheme of things.
