To the first part yes I usually do, but the girls don't give a fvck. And as to techniques I could only tell you to keep practicing, no one really knows what they are doing. IMO grinding is like having sex with clothes on under the pretense of dancing.

You are supposed to get a boner when you grind. If you get too much wood too fast, you can back off slightly and apply less pressure.

Some more romantic/seductive techniques include putting your cheek next to hers (while both looking the same direction). It's like you are hugging her from behind. To really get her wet, brush the hair off the back of her neck and plant a kiss on her neck. Then go back to normal grinding.

Don't spend all night grinding her a@s. Try to turn her around for some face to face grinding. If she won't face to face grind you, she might have low interest level. Face to face grinding is more intimate and leaves her more open for a makeout. If she's not that into you, she will avoid the position.
