I've never heard of it, and I couldn't find any reliable reviews on it. If you try it out, let me know what you think. There's also a product called "Go Away", which is a pill you take which supposedly makes your hair darker.

I have grey hair, the women seem to like it. Many women have told me they like my grey hair. Back when it was more salt and pepper it probably did look more cool. It's hard for us guys to understand this, because we are so wired to appreciate a youthful appearance in women. But women don't seem to be so programmed to go for youthfulness like men are.

I've always thought about dyeing my hair, because to me I think the gray makes me look a little washed out. I'd like to have more color to me, if you know what I mean. But I've never tried it. A guy who dyes his hair often looks fake, and I don't want that. I've heard some women say that a guy who dyes his hair is insecure with himself, and it comes off as try hard. Obviously that's not something you want to project.

Women's hair often looks fake, but that's okay because they're always dyeing, frosting, or lightening their hair. Half the girls' hair looks fake anyway. And IMO a woman doesn't look good grey.

Another reason I haven't dyed it is because what happens when you stop? Then instead of gradually turning, all of a sudden you stop dyeing and in the meantime your hair has gone snow white! I could do without the shock.

I do miss my dark hair. When I was a young man, I had very, very dark brown hair, it looked almost black. If I was vain about something, that was it. It was a point of pride for me, because it was darker than most guys' hair. So I thought it was better looking.

And there's a precedent for thinking that. I was just watching a nature show, they were showing barn swallows. The females picked the males with the darkest pigmented feathers to mate with. Conveyed health and good genes, I guess.

Haven't found much about it either. Did find a few forums where guys were discussing and trying out tons of different products, but so far, it seems all products claiming to give your hair back its original colour (as opposed to dying), are not able to back it up.

Women are so stupid. What else is insecure? Clipping your fingernails? A real man has gnarly long nails, don't you know?

For a people who meticulously worry about every single detail of their appearance on a near constant basis, they sure have weird ideas about how and why men do stuff.

I recall when Jophil was still around, he said that when he started to dye his hair, he got a noticeably better reaction from females. So it might be worth a try. I wouldn't mind trying it myself, just out of curiousity, to see what would happen (if anything). But I really hate the thought of it, I listed the reasons previously.

One thing I've heard a lot is that if you get your hair dyed, have it done by a professional at a salon. Instead of using Just For Men out of the box, or Grecian Formula, or such.

I do know a guy who uses Just For Men, and it looks very convincing. But he's an Indonesian fellow, so he just basically dyes it black. It's easier to make that look natural, I guess.

Dear Zecco,
I went back to my natural colour,it was either that or chase the Grey, and go for silver blonde......And yes I would echo poor old Jophils comments of being more attractive to girls....you look younger...as for spending a bundle,I buy the cheapest Womens brand in a store like your Walmart,I make a ten Dollar bottle last about six goes...you don't need much, takes about twenty minutes, during which I exercise...my advice is NOT to change colour radically...most of my friends didn't even notice any change, even one of my daughters didn't notice

Just For Men works, but you need to be careful about not going too dark....That's when it looks fake. After you put it in, then wash it out, wash your hair with a strong dandruff shampoo like Head and Shoulders.....Apparently the chemicals in dandruff shampoo are very strong at stripping away color (much stronger than regular shampoo). So if you acccidently left it in too long, a few washings with the dandruff shampoo will immediatly turn your hair a shade or so lighter....
Then, get a shampoo with a thing called "colorguard". This will make your hair color last much longer....
Yeah, I guess this discussion is a little metro, but I don't worry about that when I'm banging multiple women..........

In my case, my original natural color was very dark brown, nearly black. Anything I do toward that end of the spectrum is going to a pretty drastic change.

Speaking of women's hair dye, I've read that it is far superior to male dye products. Supposedly companies don't think that men will want to spend the time on their hair, so they optimize them to be quick, simple, and easy. Apparently women have the same viewpoint as those companies:

I think their point is that it a feminine trait to fuss over their appearance, to dye their hair, to wear makeup, to paint their fingernails. I've heard women say they don't like guys who wear hair gel because it makes them look like they spend too much time on their hair.

Men are doers of deeds, men of action, it is not considered masculine to spend a lot of time primping in front of the mirror. Men aren't here to look pretty, that's the girls jobs. That's their perspective, anyway.

If you want to stay looking young for longer I see no shame in dyeing your hair. Considering the length and effort many people go to trying to stay young, dyeing your hair seems pretty cheap and easy.

Wanting to look young isn't vain. Seems pretty normal to me.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Do you trim your eyebrows and dye your pubes too?

Dude, grey hair is maturity and masculine. Lots of chicks dig speckled hair. Why are you so self-conscious...

Mother issues...grey hair....watching Sex and The City...what's wrong with you man? Chick is kissing on your neck you're unconcerned...

It's okay. We won't judge you.
