Bunch of teabags. 2 litres of hot water. Mix.

What do you use it for? What effectiveness is that? Are you aware of the risks associated with ingesting large amounts of caffeine naturally present in tea?

I would use it for it its many benefits like...

promote fat loss
suppress appetite
enhance immune function
prevent insulin resistance
preserve good cholesterol
powerful antioxidant

Primarily fat loss, but I'm hip to all if its health benefits.
Anyways... in regards to taking 1 or 2 Green Tea Extract pills a day (@500mg) is plenty fine in regards to caffeine.

This compared to some of the chemical stimulants out there. A world more healthy.
