No,you don't sound like a jerk. Jerks are the ones that act badly to girls and then get laid. You are the complete opposite. Jerks have balls. You don't seem to have them.

You shouldn't trust everything everyone says to you. As I understand it the best friend told you Katie liked you,and then you told Katie you like her and she ljbf'ed you. If that's so, you are a complete retard. A girl friendzones you and you still think you have chance? Man,the friend zone is like the purgatory- you can't get back to the world of the living.

Oh,and I'm not telling you to completely forget her. I'm telling you to just forget about dating her. The shy nerdy hot girls make great friends. And she surely has shy nerdy hot friends you know.

i´ve made my decision about this girl. Im going to next her and go to some parties and have fun with other girls. I wasted to much time on this girl, i got to get over her. I actually stopped going to parties because i normally only go to parties for the girls, and since i am crushing on katie i saw no reason to go party with other girls... can you believe that ? .. That's what I was fearing you were at. You seem to be controlled. I didn't want to over-dramatize. I still have a feeling you are not that bad, but it seems you may be. Anyway, you won't fix this with your mind alone. You need help from diet, exercise and other things to support your mood. Go get sunlight in the day. Sleep well at the night. (Classic tip a doctor told me. sounds simple and ineffective, but it makes a difference in some cases). I want to help you get over this! Message me for more information.
