Got into an argument with a senior co-worker

In truth, the leader is the one who takes ALL the sh!t; that's why they call it "the burden of command" not "the egotistical mental jerk off session of command." A true leader is someone who's subordinates would say "Wow I wouldn't want his job, but I respect the hell out of him for doing it."

Never been in the military, but this is spot on. Luckily, i work for a boss who's like this and my previous boss was like that.
