Got an Action Plan on this job that I feel is unfair based on performance (they claimed I had three months I was below goal, whereas one of those months I was above goal except for the last day of the month where there was a bad day) . I've proofed this through Chat-gpt and I could potentially be able to sue this company up to $ 60K depending on how my evidence gathering is going and if their Progressive Discipline is done in bad faith type of way (ie which I strongly believe it will be based on the feedback I got from other co-workers). Their strategy is to try and cheat their own workers out of EI benefits by reframing a performance issue to a conduct issue, and "gaslight coaching" sessions.
At least I'll have my time back if things go south. I won't wait for them to fire me, I'm going to do a medical leave first (ie for stress) and then move for a constructive dismissal, and then a wrongful dismisal lawsuit with a $ 60K claim, on top of benefits from EI.
Right now, nobody knows what I'm up to, but thanks to the Chat-gpt, AI, I'm in good hands. It can do the paper-work while I just show up.
