First, it's essential that you grow some balls. Second, you need to delete her number from your phone, and throw out all her crap, or burn it. You need to cut off all contact from this girl permanently. A FB relationship is out of question, you're obviously still attached to her emotionally, and it's completely f*cked your judgement.

I may be coming across as harsh here, but I've been in a very similar situation as you and it's one of my biggest regrets that didn't take the advice I've given you. You don't yet seem to be comprehending how bad this girl has disrespected you, and she will not change. You didn't mention how old you are, but it's time to chalk this up as a learning experience and move on with your life. I guarantee you'll look back on this a few years from now and be glad you did.

ok guys so after 2 months of cutting contact with this ho she texted me 4 times and called me twice asking for her sweater back in which she never used while she was dating me...and it made me feel like ****...so i ignored the text and all and now she's calling me an ******* and immature...what the **** does she want from?

she says those things because you aren't doing what she wants or expects you to do. You are being your own man. Keep it up.

If she really wanted her sh!t back she would come over and get it. If she isn't doing this, she just wants to create drama and you're not going to fall into that.

Ignore her. I was in something that lasted 4 years and then for the last year, things got bad for me so I left. As far as calls and texts go, I don't respond to them unless it has a good chance of me ending up inside her (not in her mind either ). If your done with her ignore her. If you need something a bit more physical, get it if you can, but don't expect any kind of emotional support or completion anymore.
