Gonna try to get my stuff together:

Rule 1) Stay the fk away from the fast food!
Rule 2) Cut Soda intake
Rule 3) Drink MORE water
Rule 4) Eat more fruits
Rule 5) Food cut off 2 hours before bed
Rule 6) Eat something before 3pm!
Rule 7) Go to bed ealier / get more sleep
Rule 8) Be more active
Rule 9) Talk to more people
Rule 10) Repeat 1-10

Now, I am obviously going to need to change my diet. Staying away from
the fast food and soda is gonna be a tough one, but its got to be done.
Drinking water should not be a problem, I just have to remember to do
it. Instead of soda, I could drink gatorade. Fruits, I can have this
stuff for breakfast. I work, 5 days a week pretty much, so why not find
time to munch an apple or orange or bananna or what not before my shift
starts at work? A different piece of fruit every day would be a good
treat.

I also have a habit of not eating until around 3 in the after noon,
don't matter what day it is. This is not good. Going to try to actualy
eat before I start my shift, that is where the fruit comes in. Will not
take that long to eat an orange, right? Should take the edge off until
my first break.
Break time is where it gets sticky. Sure, I can eat a salad on my
break, but why the heck eat one on every break. Going to have to get creative here. Same with lunch, with only 30 minutes, preping something
to eat and cooking it will be a challange. I could take my lunch to
work with me, but the commute will probably spoil the food.

So, I am open to ideas for on the job lunches.

Bed. I know for sure I don't get enough sleep, I need to start going to
bed ealier so I can get more sleep.
I am pretty active, well, I work on my feet most of the day, but I am
sure there is more I can do. On my days off, I often just sit around.
Need to change this, even if it is doing stuff around the house, but I
should be hitting up the local mall or something... which brings me to
my next rule... That is talking to more people. Hey, I maybe a fat-ass
that needs to get in shape, but that should not stop me from talking to
people and gaining social skills, right?

Now that I got this list, I need to stick to it. Its gonna be hard at first I guess, but I need to do it. Saturday September first is my offical start date for this, but Im going to start things a bit early.

I will use this thread to keep you updated.

Wherever the Dong guides me, but mostly Hawaii
I like to eat a lot of cheesecake and surf all day. That's my plan.

Sounds like a good plan. I would try to work in some exercise 2-3 times a week at least. Also be careful with drinking sports drinks such as Gatorade. They contain a lot of sodium. Good luck!

yea be fit and lean it help a lot with women and can let you get away with mistakes sometime! plus it will boost your confidence you will feel superior to any girl you meet when u are lean and fit ,but of course personality and words play a bigger role.
I am 6.3 fit and strong (model body not bodybuilder body) now I am training my personality, but I repeat having a good body helps a lot!
some tips for you
-train with intensity it doest matter if you lift big weights if there is no intensity you wont gain, you can lift small weights and get more results than big weights if there is intensity
-drink an isolate whey shake with some glucose/dextrose after gym
-do HIIT cardio after the weightlift
-don't train more that 45 min! keep your training short and intense and get out you don't want to up your cortisone levels.
-concentrate on free compound movements like barbell and dumbbells (bench press, dead lift, squat, barbell curls, dips, chin ups, push ups etc...)
as for the diet I cant help a lot because everyone is different I am ectomorph so I can get away eating the junkiest food on earth while staying lean lol besides I drink tones of diet soda and coffee everyday it help me with energy due to caffeine in it.

Rule 5) Food cut off 2 hours before bed
How big are you? Are you really over weight? I would suggest cutting off food before 8, not 2 hours before bed, your metabolism starts slowing down after 8 at night so if you want to cut the pounds and fat I'd suggest you start doing that as that is my rule of thumb, I never eat after 8....
Also getting in shape has its pluses keep it up and you'll see that more HB will give you attention GL!

this sounds like a good plan. try also to eat *more often. You will get better results if you eat like 5-6 small meals a day (e.g. a salad or tuna sandwich+fruit) rather than 2-3 larger ones. Don't wait until you get super hungry and don't snack too much. just eat something reasonable (including protein and complex carbs, and a little fat) every 3 hours or so, whether you're hungry or not. drink LOTS of water in between.

ok well in that case I guess that would have to do...
anything you eat takes about an hr. to digest fully and seperate the nutrients from the waste..
your metabolism slows down drastically at night so I'd suggest you try and not eat or as least as possible during the night time..

DON"T starve yourself or you'll end up gaining more weight as you'll get hungry later on, a good suggestion is to eat healthy (NO FAST FOOD) and eat little amounts of food throughout the day instead of eating large amounts at breakfast, lunch, dinner. With that and hitting the gym you should see a significant loss in weight but you have to keep it up or the belly will come right back out...GL on improving yourself
