Got a date with a stripper but wondering...

On Sunday I went to a strip bar in my new city and was approached by a 5'9" blonde. Around here the strippers practically attack you when you walk in and she was no exception. She told me she loved my eyes. I bought her a drink as we talked. I said I thought I lost my cell phone and she said "well what's your number - I'll call you". She eagerly called me and said "do you feel it vibrating?" Seemed like an excuse to get my number but I didn't argue.

I got a $20 table dance and then left but I later texted her. She's wrote back immediately and has been texting all week, initiating the conversations. In one message she said she'd love to get together.

So just now I texted "I'll be going downtown Friday if you'd like to join me. What is your schedule like?" She wrote back and said she'd love to join me but I have to pick her up at work (she has a day shift).

She's only 7 years younger and has 2 kids so she's no prize but she is about an 8.5 as are most of my girlfriends. I'm around that range myself.

So it looks like a date but two concerns:

1) Is she going to be contaminated from work?
2) Is she thinking of this as a date or a service?

Well I called her and she told me her real name, her real age (she's 6 years younger not 7), her favorite restaurant, where she lives and said she wants me to drive her home from work to change before dinner (she has no car). Said she can't wait to see me and that she hardly ever gets out. I didn't bother getting explicit about whether I have to pay her as I figure she would have told me at that point.

Now the question is, how comfortable will I be dating a glorified prostitute? It is a $600 value, and compared to my BPD oneitis ex (who I have long suspected is a former escort) it can't be much worse. And she's a virtual virgin compared to women who work at the Federal Reserve, CDC or FDA.

If that is what she has actually been telling you on the phone, its pretty obvious she is not doing this as an escort. IF you straight up ask her, you will crash and burn. So no do not do it.. Just play it out like any other date.. take her someplace exciting and keep your value up. She seems really interested if she is initiating alot of the texting so it seems like the deal is already sealed.. just dont **** it up by asking her if you have to pay lol!!

ps. ive known a few strippers and as Jlay87 said, alot of them are just doing it to make extra money to get through college. I'm actually good friends with one and she is an amazing person. Really witty and funny, and not a skank at all.. and works the place like a champ. She's good at what she does so she does it.. not through college, not for anything. But just as a job.. think about it just as a job. Tell her its just another job and theres nothing wrong with being a stripper and she'll be putty in your hands
