Relying on friends to come with you/them
going places ect can be unpredictable.
Been stood up more then a few times,
one things true:
+You can count on you showing up,available
when you are,and willing to go to the same place as ???
Going alone YOU make the plans,
Plus instead of ruining a fine friday/saturday night on failed nagotiations
of your Group(friends)
Make your own plans-and stick to em,invite
them maybe, but don't depend on them too much.

A few nice things about going as one:
1.money- you save LOTS of money-spoil yourself!
2.That hot chick you just met is all yours!
3.You don't have to change "ride home plans"
when a girl you met is horney...
4.You can make new friends that acually do
more then watch tv on the weekends...
5.Do what you want to do.

So if your friends don't want to go when
you want to go to the clubs-ditch em
,and go alone.
Just don't pick fights or drink like a fish
and you should be o.k.

Q:if a person with multiple personalitys
threatens to kill himself,Is it considered a
hostage situation? hehehe

I hope this offers some encoragement to
other Dj's who end up going alone,
I believe it makes you stronger being
able to "stand on your own two feet"
as i am finding my social skills are
improving cause i deal mostly with strangers.

anyone else out there have any ideas on this subject?

I always go to the club alone. But maybe that's because I know that some friends are probably there. Reason I go alone is that I don't want someone following me around every second when I'm in the mood to go after the ladies. Sometimes when I go out alone there are none of my friends there.
This is what I do then: first drink a little (I arrive at 10 and until 11 there are not alot of people so....(oh btw. clubs close at 2
)) and look around. then when I feel like it I start dancing. I know that some ladies are watching me most of the time. only thing I have to figure out which ones and wether I like them or not. So most of the time I'm having a good time going alone, thanks to a few things I've learned.

-Dress your best. This way you won't have to care about how you look in the club since the first thing people see is the clothes.

-in addition to above. Make sure your body is clean. I mean CLEAN!! use deoderant, after shave (don't over do it) clean your NAILES (important but a lott of people forget it)shave etc. everything you can think of so you feel confident because you are clean.

-Don't dance when you don't feel like it. The rythym of the music should just catch you. If you dance because you think you have to most of the people see that because you end up dancing very unnatural and stiff. When you don't feel like dancing you would be better of drinking a LITTLE at the bar until you feel comfortable.

-When you see someone you vaguely know and there's some ladies standing with him. Go to him/her. You might end up with numbers or more people you know.

-don't buy drinks for ladies you don't know and are far away from you. I've seen it happen. one guy bought a drink for a girl on the other side of the bar. He waved her to come over and she didn't. I don't have to tell you that everyone at the bar was laughing

-walk up straight. I know this sounds dumb but I see alott of people walking like they are at school or something. bend over etc.
Shoulders held back. back straight. head up high, that's how you should walk. You are PROUD to be you. YOU are the MAN!!!

These are just a few little thigs I could think of. Oh btw. The first 2 tips are also good for your confidence since you feel good-looking so you will reflect that in how women feel when they see you.
When I think of more IO will post them

good tips.

Another thing is that you should take charge in the club. Don't be hesitant. Standing around staring at someone doesn't help unless you go up to them.

i still find it odd clubbing alone . you need guys to back you up.. i mean what do you do when you dont feel like dancing anymore.. you just stare?.. i see girls staring alone at clubs and i hate girls standing alone in a club. besides if you and your friends look like you having fun the girls will come.. because you arnt focused on them. even if you decide to wander the club alone atleast the girls will know you got social proof if you chat your friends one minute then go dance the next.. its fun that way. the worst of all is when dudes stare at you for no reason.. im like get a life for ****s sakes.:) thats just my view maybe i need to work that aspect of my self being comfortable going to the clubs alone.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.
