I know this girl that I kind of like but she's had a boyfriend as long as i've known her (only a couple of months). Now it appears her relationship with him is pretty much over. Should I persue her or wait a little bit first? I've already asked her to hang out, so any comments on that too would be nice. Thanks guys.

Don't go for it, yet. At best you'll be the "rebound" guy at worst you'll be in the LJBF zone. You say her relationship is "pretty much" over. That means it is "not" over. Too early to turn AFC. Beware!
