This is a technique advocated for by one of my favorite self development books. Just having a journal listing your goals and keeping it very updated.

— Working on online game.

— Replace my wardrobe.

— Organize my room and house for get together / dates.

— Get back down to 4% body fat.

— Bench press twice my body weight, I made it to 5 lbs less than double my body weight before.

— Climb Mount Kilimanjaro.

— Get rescue divers (scuba) certified.

— Get sky diving certified.

— Start regular MMA classes.

— Get professional photos taken.

— Go to 9 new countries in the next 2 years.

I don't know why you'd want to do this unless you had a very specific reason (modeling, acting). I've been as low as 7% and it is not fun; you have low sex drive, you get sick easily, you have low energy, and are generally in a worse mood. I had people asking me if I was ok because I lost a lot of weight and my face became more gaunt. Highly recommend not pursuing this one, or maybe adjusting to something in the low double digits.

This is going to be incredibly difficult unless you are very lightweight - and even then you'd still need to be incredibly strong. The last time I went for a max I hit 295lbs cleanly and had to cheat to get 300lbs while weighing about 205lbs myself. Statistically, only about 15% of men can bench 225lbs, and only about 1% can bench 300lbs.

Unless this is a lifetime goal where you're incredibly well-trained and ideally lightweight, this is likely to get you hurt.

Your goals regarding fitness are retarded but @BPH missed the point of whether it's a good idea. Sure. If it keeps you on track. I do something similar and find it's helpful as long as I glance at it daily and it's simple and only has a couple of things on it. If it becomes pages of notes less so.

Mine

1. Learn Russian
2. Lose 30 lbs, ~15% bodyfat
3. Approach at least 1 woman every day
4. Learn to box

Oh, I’ve been 4% before for a duration of time and didn’t have issues.

But my main goal is to get some professional photographs then I’ll let my body fat go up but still remain below 10%.

I’ve already bench pressed 275 lbs when I weighed 140 lbs. My work out partner did 305 lbs at 129 lbs.

Ive always had a high bench. But this isn’t a super important goal. Id be content with benching around 250 lbs, girls wont know or care about that difference.

What’s wrong with my fitness goals? Saying they’re not ideal, you could specify which and why.

To clarify, this goal list of mine was just me making the thread for future use. I literally wrote that list of goals with no planning in 2-3 minutes with whatever came to mind that was at least a serious goal at one point in my life. Most are current, some I don’t care much about.

How tall are you and you partner? 4 feet?

Is everyone in this forum doing everything for the girlzas first in mind? Goddam
I’m 5’8, he’s like 5’5 or 5’6

Not doing everything for girls, but that’s a consideration that I think about.

This goal isn’t driven by women, no girl is going to care if you can bench press double your body weight or 250 lbs.

That’s me when I was in the second best shape of my life.

I didn’t take a picture when I was in the best shape.

Trying to get back to that.

What was your weight there? Also, which gear did you use, how much and for how long? I'm thinking of doing 8 weeks, 200mg NPP with 100mg TRT test.

I don’t remember weight, between 140 and 160.

Idk what NPP is.

I just took normal over the counter supplements, nothing that affected hormones.

Im currently on normal supplements and pro hormones and such.

Pre work out. (pump fuel)
Carb complex. (karbolyn)
Amino acid complex. (recor)
Creatine.
Glutamine.
Protein shake. (replenish)

And a few pro hormones.
Some stuff that raises test.
