And my respect to the man. He nicely asked for a candid answer, so here's my (hopefully) constructive answer:
- You do have some fat to lose. I'd even say, quite some fat. You are not obese, but you are definitely fat.
That has been said, let's look at the positive things.
- You have a very good potential. You face is quite "regular", no weird nose, weird eyes, bad skin problems. Juts lose the fat, and your featues will be much much more defined.
- See, just by looking at your hairline, you are not going bald anytime soon.
Trust me, for those have still have all their hair in their 20s, or 30s or even early 40s, it seems like no big deal, but for many others, it is a good blessing.
To sum things up: lose the fat first, get fit, and you will see, the haircut wardrobe and other things will come naturally as you get positive signs from people, that will encourage you to try a lot of things you never even dreamed about.
