You asked for constructive criticism, so I'll be honest. I think you could benefit a lot from losing some bodyfat. You have decent looks, but the extra weight gives you a cuddly, non-sexual presence.

I also agree with comments about your hair. Again, it has that safe, non-sexual look. Try to go with something more modern, or have it cut very short.
I agree with Jariel.

You look like your typical nice guy and that is what women might percieve you. If you hit the gym build some muscles and change your hair cut you will do great. You seem harmless and women tend to look for a guy with edge that scares them a bit. Then again I don't know your personality so I am judging you based on looks solely.

This was the case with me when I was carrying extra weight and many other guys I know. Have a read in the health and fitness forum and (most important of all) educate yourself on weightloss, and try to get a decent diet and exercise routine.

I agree with Jariel as well.

And my respect to the man. He nicely asked for a candid answer, so here's my (hopefully) constructive answer:

- You do have some fat to lose. I'd even say, quite some fat. You are not obese, but you are definitely fat.

That has been said, let's look at the positive things.

- You have a very good potential. You face is quite "regular", no weird nose, weird eyes, bad skin problems. Juts lose the fat, and your featues will be much much more defined.

- See, just by looking at your hairline, you are not going bald anytime soon.:D Trust me, for those have still have all their hair in their 20s, or 30s or even early 40s, it seems like no big deal, but for many others, it is a good blessing.

To sum things up: lose the fat first, get fit, and you will see, the haircut wardrobe and other things will come naturally as you get positive signs from people, that will encourage you to try a lot of things you never even dreamed about.

Get a nice tan as well, women don't like a man who spends all of his times indoors.
