Dating can be boiled down to a simple formula:

1) You reward her for good behavior.
2) You go NC after bad behavior for X number of days, based on severity.

There should be only 2 things she can be doing: having the time of her life with you, or missing you.

This is what its all about! It's pretty much what its been taught on manhood101. It's all about AUTHORITY.

You reward good behavior when it meets your expectations.
You punish bad behavior when it doesn't meet your expectations.

I personally say hi to those who rejected me if I encounter them. Of course... I really dont care about talking with them no more because I already gave them a chance and if they blew it... its their turn to make it up. You get low attention... you respond with further disinterest. It's all about self respect. You wouldn't kiss someones foot if they are whipping your back right?
