girls in that gray area of boring

Is it just me or almost 75% of all girls have really boring lives with no real stories or substance?

I always love to talk to people and sometimes the most beautiful women that i have met have a conversation with me something like this?

Me: "Hi, I'm comic_relief"
Her: "Hi, I'm HB"

Me: "So, what do you do for fun?"
Her: "hang with friends, listen to music, sleep, and go shopping."
[fluff]
Me: "Do you have any crazy stories?"
Her: "Like what?"
Me: "I don't know, do you do anything really crazy?"
Her: "not really. I don't do very much?"
Me: "No crazy stories with police, travel, or friends?"
Her: "Nope."
Me: "That sucks..."

I find that almost every girl does nothing that is even remotely interesting. I started to get rid of girls that have "boring" hobbies such as shopping, listening to music all day, shopping, or no crazy stories.

I am a person that will try to have as much crazy times as possible. I need to have a girl that is just as crazy if not more crazy then me. Thats when it gets fun.

It's like most people are afraid to have fun, but yet love to hear stories of crazy sh!t that I have done. They always wish that they could have done that if they weren't so "scared."

Does anyone else find this to be true that most girls are really boring?

I guess everyone is different. I nexted one that was a little too crazy recently, I'm more into someone who has non-trivial interests and/or passions in life. The things you listed are certainly in the "trivial pusuits" catagory though.

If she's into SOMETHING or things that says a lot to me. For instance, dancing (not clubbing, real dancing), horses, some sport, cars, art of various types etc. are all non-trivial and interesting things.

same here. i like a girl who is actually about something, that's a turn on.
most girl who give those cliche shopping eating sleeping responses have been the most worthless in the past.

Yeah, just "I do crazy stuff" isn't what does it for me. The nexted girl was into public sex - like a quickie in the beer isle of the c-store sort of crazy. Getting drunk nightly and going to strip clubs, poker playing and flashing her t*ts. Giving road head.

Sorta fun but damn - just too over the top for me. You can't live your life like you're 15.

I find girls belong to two catagories: They are either boring or they try really really hard to appear not to be boring by having an exciting life but when you talk to them they are still boring. That is why there aren't many successful women comedian's out there.

I think most girls looking to date a guy who is fun and exciting just so they can enter his world, bask in his glow and not be boring.

What kind of stories are you talking about? Just because someone doesn't have stories that lead to "that one night in jail" or a mysterious trip to the hospital doesn't mean they're not enjoyable people. Although I do know what you're talking about. I myself don't really have any real stories to tell because my teen/college years were crap, and it makes me self-conscious when people ask me to tell them amazing/hilarious/unbelievable stories from my life.

Besides, don't expect everyone to open up with their crazy, sometimes personal experiences fifteen seconds after meeting them just because you had the balls to "open them".

I get what you are saying but chicks are even worse then guys in that department. A chick will spend time with a guy if he can entertain her but she never has to do any effort in entertaining the guy because she's got a pvssy and therefore if a certain guy starts to bore her (because she is boring herself) she will go to another guy who will make her laugh and he will accept her company because SHE HAS A PVSSY.

It is often the case where the prettier the girl is the more boring she tends to be because she never had to try to have fun on her own since someone else always tried hard to entertain her and thus she always been the centre of attention even though she had nothing to talk about.

Not stories of jail or anything (I have a couple stories), but stories of legal fun like "at this amusement park..." or "at this one concert..." or "we were hiking and..." or "I like to go skydiving and this one time..." or a variation of something. Something that would actually make me laugh my @$$ off or tell me something interesting about her.

Telling me that she likes shopping, tells me nothing about her other than the fact that she does what eight million other girls do that I know. That is right on the way to NEXT'ing or I like music is another personal favorite NEXT. It's alright if you say, "I like music, shopping, skydiving, ..." I just can't stand people that do that. Nothing will get yourself NEXT'ed or Friendszoned.

I NEXT'ed one girl because she was so boring and wary of doing anything remotely fun. She likes to do nothing, but think of how fun some of these things would be.

PS: I don't expect to have people open up to me completely, but c'mon they have to have something.

oh man, you just reminded me of this girl I went on a date once a few months ago. She was the epitome of a boring girl...the date was practically crickets. "so what do you do for fun?" " I go shopping" "How was your weekend?" "I went shopping" :crazy:

In any case, this post is just a clear reminder that this is why opposites may attract. And this is why a lot of girls are into fun/interesting guys who have goals, ambitions, hobbies. When on the other hand the girl has no passion or interest in anything other than her everyday boring routines..yea..waiting for that knight in shining armor to come sweep her away.

This also stresses the importance why a guy doesnt need a girl to make him happy. That hot girls are overrated, make-up and fashion is an illusion, and that girls in general simply do have low self-esteem.
