Over the last 24 hours I've experienced two kinds of random interactions with women.

1) There's a girl in the office that is fairly cute, 7. When she's walking down the hall she won't make eye contact with me and if I say hi, she says it very shy with her head down.

To me this could be sign that she has self-esteem issue?

2) Yesterday when I was leaving the gym I rounded the corner and there were two 8's that looked almost identical at the counter. They were in mid-conversation and when they looked up and saw me they stopped talking and looked at each other.

To me this meant that they were either checking me out or making fun of me. I seriously doubt the ladder.

If I'm Hansel your Gretel - *****

I was making an observation and trying to generate feedback. If your reading this stuff for the stories I suggest you pick up a copy of Pent House Forum. This is suppossed to be a community where we help each other out, but I wouldn't expect an 18 year old punk to understand that. Sorry if you wasted any hand lotion while reading this.

For your first question, did she shyly look down and away. I remember coming across the path of this cute shy blonde at work, when I made eye contact with her she shyly looked down at the ground (as if I intimidated her). I think this could be a good sign for you.

The second issue, I really have no idea. If they were laughing, it might be bad, but maybe they were looking at each other saying or thinking.."that guy is hot." Remember girls are not as blatant as guys, they show their interest in more sublte ways.

1. She was insecure/low self esteem. Doesn't mean she can be taken advantage of.

2. They were talking about you.

It could be anything

Seriously don't worry about it.Because it could literally mean anything.

If you like her go for it approach and don't worry about if she wants to be aproached or if she 's into you. Go with your gut.

I hear alot of words like beauty, handsomeness, incredibly chiseled features. To me that's a kind of vanity, a sort of self-absorption, that I try to steer clear of.

I dig the bungee. That's how I live my life. I grip it, and I rip it.

I wasn't like every other kid, you know, who dreams about being an astronaut. I was always more interested in what bark was made out of on a tree.

Richard Gere's a real hero of mine. Sting. Sting is another person who's a hero. The music that he's made over the years, I don't really listen to it. But the fact that he's making it, I respect that.

I care desperately about what I do. Do I know what product I'm selling? No. Do I know what I'm doing today? No. But I'm here, and I'm gonna give it my best shot.

So I'm rapelling down Mount Vesuvias, when suddenly I slip. And I start to fall. I mean I'm about to die. Just falling. AHHH. AHHH. I'll never forget the terror. When suddenly I remember, 'Holy. Hansel, haven't you been smoking peyote for six straight days? And couldn't some of this maybe be in your mind?'

And?

It was. I was totally fine. I've never even been to Mount Vesuvias.

Cool story Hansel.

Thanks Olaf.

Yeah, there is this one girl who is a damn near 9 in one of my classes. I started it off by looking at her and smiling. She looked at me for a second and then looked away. After class, she ran to her friends and left. Fast forward to a couple of weeks and I make a lot of jokes and was one of the only people to have confidence in my artwork. Soon she begins to sit right next to me. We are drawing so no time for inane chat. However she keeps sitting next to me. I was going to talk to her when her bf shows up. Oh well, time to move on since I was exploring other prospects.

Anyway, a little while after, she walked by and I said, "Hey, how's it going?" Her eyes were having sex with the pavement for about five seconds while trying her hardest to conceal a smile. I looked at my student planner and glanced and caught her looking back at me. She quickly turned away and from then on, she would always sit on the opposite side of me.

Its hilarious because she is really talkative to her friends and kisses the teacher's ass all the time. Then when she is near me, its all quiet on the western front. When I try to talk to her, she can never seem to do anything. So I know thats a good thing but damn, she is worse than my DFC days.

So to answer your #1 question: its a good thing. Some girls are just shy and unsure of themselves. I really want to nail this girl but she has tried to deflect all my openings yet the signs are obvious that she likes me. Personally, I've been busy pursuing other girls to worry about her but if she shows interest then I'm all up for her because she is an excellent drawer.

To answer question #2, it all really depends. Some girls are just flat out b1tches that may just be making fun of you. Or they could be talking good things about you. Who really knows. The concept here is that you should have said something to them. Thats the only real way of seeing what they were doing.

Anyway, don't worry about it man. Just go with the flow and live life.
