I'm lying in bed with my girlfriend and she's telling me how one of her male colleagues (whom I know) wants her bad. How he stares at her a$$ constantly, once touched her a$$ on a work drinks do and he texts her and even asks to meet up. She asks if I am jealous. She goes on to say he is good looking then says very good looking and that he is very intelligent. She also shows me the whats app messages between them. The first question that springs to mind is why is she telling me this?

This. Just don't give her the idea that you're TRYING to not care. You need to genuinely come across as just not caring, if she thinks you care too much or you try too hard to not care it's a negative in either case.

Yup I did say that. But the drama is more than I'm wiling to bear. As an afc I would have mistaken this tension for love but not no more.
